I’ve been looking for a show on shift work and specifically how it relates to nutrition, women and all the things I’ve been needing to know in order to change my health and wellbeing as a shift worker .

What podcast of yours do you recommend for the above for Males? I work graveyard I experience bloating around 3-4am everyday Frustrating My shift is from 11pm to 7am , 5 days a week. Thank You Troy
Roger, Hope this works. I’m terrible at apps and media. Just finished your episode with Code One on resilience. Almost speechless. 🤔👊🏻 Every single topic hit a nerve. I am starting my 34th year of policing (with 8 left). 🤔 I spend the majority of my 'spare time' on shifts trying to create positivity, remove negativity and promote recognition.
